Heritage Dürnstein - three gourmet vacation apartments in a historic winegrower's house
In the middle of picturesque Dürnstein, directly below the famous castle ruins, is Heritage Dürnstein - a listed winegrower's house that has been lovingly restored. The accommodation comprises three exclusive vacation apartments that present tradition and modern lifestyle in perfect harmony.
The apartments are stylishly furnished and offer space for 4 to 7 people - apartment no. III is spread over two floors. They have spacious eat-in kitchens, premium beds, private bathrooms, modern furnishings and often a view of the Danube. The historic charm of the house is kept alive and creates an authentic feel-good experience.
Special extras include a heated hot tub in the vineyard with water up to 38 °C - completely natural without additives -, a private wine cellar, a wine fridge and an optional Wachau breakfast, which can be booked in the summer months. Sauna, sunbathing lawn and terrace complete the offer, as well as bicycle rental, boat trips and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
The UNESCO World Heritage Wachau begins right on the doorstep with impressive cycling and hiking trails as well as cultural highlights such as the Dürnstein castle ruins and the baroque Dürnstein Abbey.
