The ground floor or our appartment consists of a small kitchen, a living room with a bed sofa and a WC.
Close to the spiral stair case in the upper floor there is a single bed. There is also a sleeping room with a double bed, a shower, and another WC in the upper floor.
The key collection happens personally. Please give us a phone call to arrange the take-over.

Description

The vacation apartment at Hof Grünfelder offers cozy accommodation for up to four people. It has two bedrooms, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The location of the farm is ideal for nature lovers, as it is surrounded by a picturesque landscape and lies in the middle of the Jauerling-Wachau Nature Park. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling tours.

Instead of a television, the viewing window in the wood-burning stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. The farm is also home to horses, sheep and chickens, which make the stay particularly close to nature. Guests can experience life on a farm up close.

Conditions/extras

Pre-payment of 50 % of the total amount.

No return of the pre-payment in case of cancellations later then 60 days before arrival.
