Nikolaihof Wachau is the oldest winery in Austria and produces exclusively white wine according to strict organic-dynamic guidelines. In addition to the biodynamic wines, there are many raw materials on the farm that are processed into high-quality, sensual products.
These include traditional products such as Wachau apricot jam and elderflower syrup, but also very special ones such as green nuts preserved in nut liqueur and, of course, Christine Saahs' cookbooks.
The products of "dieNikolai", the world's first Demeter-certified organic grape cosmetics, can also be discovered, tasted and purchased.
