As an ideal stage start, a visit to the tourism information center is recommended. Perfectly informed, we walk straight ahead towards the Minorite Church and Minorite Monastery. After the church, we turn right into a small alley leading to the Danube shore. A few meters away lies the Tulln guest harbor and then we turn right towards the Nibelungen monument. Opposite the Danube stage is the Egon Schiele Museum. Continuing straight ahead, we pass the Salt Tower/Roman Tower. Walking along the upper Danube shore, we reach the Marc Aurel equestrian statue. We cross the bridge and observe the former city wall, then continue straight to the Tulln city museum, which includes the Roman Museum & Virtulleum. About 100 meters away is the parish church St. Stephan and the Tulln charnel house. We walk straight up Wienerstrasse towards the city center and turn left at the Hermes fountain and after the Marian column to the right. In the middle of the main square we find the Trinity column and the district fountain. At the end of the main square, we turn right into the narrow alley climbing towards the Minorite Church and reach our destination.
