In a quiet location and surrounded by gardens, the farm offers three tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 5 people.

The vacation apartments are fully equipped: central heating, satellite TV, classic radio, WLAN, kitchen and comfortable bathrooms with hairdryer and hand/bath towels, breakfast delivery service is also available on request.A large garden with sunbathing lawn, a children's playground about 50 meters away and an outdoor swimming pool ensure relaxation and family-friendliness.

The location in "Gut am Steg" in Spitz offers peace and quiet and yet direct access to numerous excursion destinations: Spitz outdoor pool, numerous local hiking trails in the Wachau as well as the Welterbesteig Wachau - Wachau World Heritage Trail, cycling along the Danube cycle path or at the foot of the Jauerling, tennis in Spitz, fishing on the Danube, horse riding, boat trips, visits to castles and abbeys such as Aggstein, Dürnstein, Melk, Göttweig or the shipping museum in Spitz as well as the Jauerling lookout.

Parking spaces are available at the house and bicycles can be safely stored.
