Kaution
Bei der Ankunft wird eine Kaution von EUR 200,- eingehoben, welche bei ordnungsgemäßer
Übergabe des Hauses am Abreisetag wieder rückerstattet wird.
Anzahlung
Nach erfolgreicher Buchung bitten wir um Anzahlung von 50% des Mietpreises innerhalb von
einer Woche (ab Buchungsdatum.
Nächtigungstaxe
Vor Ort ist gemäß § 12 Abs. 5 NÖ-Tourismusgesetz eine Nächtigungstaxe zu entrichten.
Kinder bis zum vollendeten 15. Lebensjahr sind von dieser Taxe ausgenommen.
